A Unique Career OpportunityAbout the Role
Located at Continental Tyres Australian headquarters in Collingwood and reporting to the Customer Order Desk Manager, this role is responsible for providing customer service support in a fast-paced customer centric environment.
The Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls efficiently.
- Process customer order(s) into SAP accurately within defined timeline from the time the order was received.
- Check stock availability in various warehouses, recommend alternative articles (if necessary).
- Check ETA of incoming stock for no/low availability articles and inform customers.
- Follow pricing guidelines and standards set by Sales Management and coordinate pricing adjustments based on Sales Manager's approval.
- Process credit/debit order (s) into SAP accurately from the time the request was received and ensure to complete documentation processing in SAP
- Support special assignments and new project(s) requirements assigned by immediate supervisor
- Follow up and follow through with internal departments to ensure solutions are achieved to address customer complaints in a timely manner.

Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
Available to work in rotating shifts between 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon – Fri
