RoleCustomer Service Consultant – you will support CreditorWatch customers via inbound enquiries (phone, live chat, email) across geographies. The role may include outbound activities to assist online members, contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and help centre management, manage customer feedback, and handle commercial disputes. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and operates in a hybrid model with the Melbourne CBD office base.
Responsibilities- Customer Care – handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email across geographies while maintaining brand tone and QA standards and achieving high CSAT scores
- Customer Advocacy & Insights – share customer feedback and insights to improve products and the customer experience
- Dispute Resolution – investigate and manage commercial disputes between customers and their debtors, tracking timelines and engaging stakeholders
- Ad-hoc Projects – own and drive initiatives to streamline processes and boost customer-centric outcomes
To be successful, you will typically have a couple of years of experience as a Customer Service Agent. You should be passionate about providing world-class service, drive positive NPS, and possess strong problem solving, dispute handling, time management and prioritisation skills. The role follows a hybrid working model with the Melbourne CBD office.
