Contracts Administrator – Class 2 Residential | Newcastle

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced
Contracts Administrator
to join a high-performing team delivering
Class 2
residential projects
in Newcastle. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to landmark developments that are shaping the city skyline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Manage variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and cost reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Support Project Managers with reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Play an integral role in delivering
    Class 2 residential projects
    on time and on budget.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience
    as a Contracts Administrator in construction.
  • Proven experience on
    Class 2 Residential Projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, financial reporting, and project controls.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred).
