The Role
You'll be a key part of our
commercial delivery team
, working across all stages of subcontractor contract administration on our projects.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Managing costs and head contract requirements
  • Setting up contract management plans that align with risks and opportunities
  • Preparing subcontractor scopes, packages, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Handling progress claims, variations, and forecasting
  • Engaging closely with the delivery team to align methodology and value goals
  • Using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided if needed)

You'll have the support of a
seasoned commercial leadership team
— and the autonomy to make decisions and lead outcomes.

About You
You're someone with strong experience in
contract or commercial management
on building projects — ideally in the government or institutional space.

  • An industry-relevant degree and a solid grasp of construction contracts and law
  • Great communication and a collaborative working style
  • Confidence in driving your own workload while being a team player
