We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, and leadership development across a growing, multi-site business.
This role offers a rare opportunity to shape HR strategy, coach leaders, and influence the culture and performance of the organisation while working in a collaborative and high-impact environment.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Position.
The Opportunity
- Leading employee relations and industrial relations matters across the business, including investigations, grievances, and complex issues.
- Leading EBA negotiations.
- Partnering with leaders to coach, mentor, and develop their teams, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
- Driving organisational development initiatives, from succession planning to team uplift programs, making sure people thrive as the business grows.
- Ensuring HR policies, processes, and practices are compliant, fair, and consistent, while identifying opportunities to make them smarter and more efficient.
- Supporting your team of HR Business Partners, guiding them, mentoring them, and helping them shine in their roles.
- Using engagement data and insights to influence decisions and improve workplace outcomes.
Who You Are
- A seasoned HR professional with 8+ years' experience, including employee/industrial relations in multi-site or unionised environments.
- Skilled in Organisational Development, leadership coaching, and talent management.
- Confident, pragmatic, and able to navigate complex situations while keeping things positive and solutions-focused.
- A natural people partner and influencer who thrives on building trust-based relationships.
- Flexible, hands-on, and proactive, with the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic initiatives.
- Experienced with HR systems, data analytics, and digital HR tools
