About your workplace

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting leaders, managing general HR queries, leading end to end recruitment and driving key cyclical activities.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR inbox ensuring timely and effective responses

Recruitment Management

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, briefing, interviewing and onboarding

Leader Support & Coaching

Provide guidance to leaders on relevant policies and procedures, such as parental leave and flexible working arrangement.

Coach leaders on driving performance and behaviour alignment in their teams, with a focus on early intervention for probation, absenteeism and performance improvement plans.

Advise and support leaders on managing employee relations cases, including inappropriate behaviours, policy breaches and initial advice on employment-related awards and legislations.

Project & Administrative Support

Support the HR team with project work, including data collection, reporting and general administration

Maintain and update HR systems

Support HR cyclical process, such as annual remuneration review and bonus payments

About You:

Experience in a similar HR Advisor, Generalist or Coordinator role

Knowledge of employment legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coach and influence leaders

Organised, proactive and solutions-focused

Prior experience in Employee Relations
