As HR Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing People function. You'll provide essential administrative, coordination, and systems support to keep HR and Payroll running smoothly - while building your experience toward an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP pathway.

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR professional eager to grow in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage HR administration and data entry across systems (including a new HRIS platform - UKG)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Coordinate employment contracts rollout across all teams
  • Assist Payroll with data accuracy and administrative tasks
  • Support engagement initiatives and company events
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders across all levels

About You

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR or Payroll administration (flexible)
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Values-driven and committed to confidentiality and integrity
