We are flexible on the working hours for this position, estimated to be 24 and 32 hours per week. Flexibility on timing

The Three Key Functions of the Role:-

  • To manage the customers designated as Internal or Long Tail
  • Oversee implementations for existing AFS 4PL customers for new carrier or new service implementations
  • Work with the Sales Admin and Implementation Manager supporting Business Solutions and Account Management teams​​​​​​

Internal Account Management Business relationship development with customers

  • High level service delivery for the customer portfolio

Implementation Support (existing customers)

  • Support the Implementation Manager and be the nominated point of contact for existing 4PL solutions, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support
  • Using existing frameworks develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management

Sales Administration Support

  • Customer Proposals, Presentations and Tenders
  • Management Reports
  • Maintain Sales and Account Management Policies and Procedures
  • Meetings, Event Management and Coordination
  • CRM Administration, Governance and Compliance

What do you need to be successful?

  • 5 years plus freight industry experience (preferred)
  • Proven experience in customer liaison roles within the logistics or supply chain industry, preferably in a 4PL environment
  • Knowledge of freight management systems, supply chain management software, and relevant ERP/WMS technologies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong client-focused approach
  • Extensive Salesforce experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite
