Position DescriptionReporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices through the payment runs
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Reconciliations
  • Setting up new vendors and suppliers
  • Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

*Ideal Candidate*The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
  • Keen desire to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
