**About Your Role**

The Account Manager will actively manage a portfolio of
**Government** clients, understanding their needs and developing strategies to exceed client expectations. The role will be responsible to support the transport requirements of Government Departments from tender submissions through to contract delivery, with a particular focus on leading operational excellence to ensure compliance with key performance indicators. Account Managers will maintain strong relationships with clients and liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Manage a portfolio of 13cabs Government accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and submit tenders on time
- Ensure successful execution of contracts, including identifying opportunities to improve processes and driver internal change.
- Your stakeholders will be Government contacts, and all internal departments.

**About You**
- Experience in a Sales or Account Manager role is an advantage.
- Resolves problems; sees issues from new perspectives; understands how components come together. Displays wisdom and business acumen.
- Sets goals, develops plans, anticipates obstacles, and develops alternative plans.
