Silk Hospitality is growing on the Gold Coast. We are hiring in Burleigh Heads for a Housekeeping Supervisor and Office Coordinator

What you will do

Housekeeping Supervisor

  • Lead a housekeeping team, coordinate daily room and public area operations
  • Run inspections, coach team members, lift quality and productivity
  • Work closely with leadership to meet brand standards

Office Coordinator

  • Be the administrative hub for the housekeeping department
  • Manage rosters, reports, purchasing requests, internal comms
  • Triage calls, delegate tasks, keep the day moving without drama
  • Strong computer skills, solid written and verbal communication

What we are looking for

  • Recent experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Positive, team focused approach
  • Availability at least 4 days per week, including weekends or public holidays as needed
