Silk Hospitality is growing on the Gold Coast. We are hiring in Burleigh Heads for a Housekeeping Supervisor and Office Coordinator

What you will do
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Lead a housekeeping team, coordinate daily room and public area operations
- Run inspections, coach team members, lift quality and productivity
- Work closely with leadership to meet brand standards
Office Coordinator
- Be the administrative hub for the housekeeping department
- Manage rosters, reports, purchasing requests, internal comms
- Triage calls, delegate tasks, keep the day moving without drama
- Strong computer skills, solid written and verbal communication
What we are looking for
- Recent experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Positive, team focused approach
- Availability at least 4 days per week, including weekends or public holidays as needed
