Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Solar Office Admin / Project Coordinator located in Burleigh Heads, QLD. The Office Admin / Project Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, provide customer service, assist with accounting, and manage office operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating projects, maintaining records, and facilitating communication within the team and with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Office Administration in the solar industry
- Accounting skills and the ability to handle basic financial tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in a Solar company role is preferred
