People & Culture Coordinator

Join our supportive People & Culture team based at our vibrant Burleigh Heads HQ. In this role, you will own end-to-end P&C administration. You'll partner with the wider team to streamline workflows, drive timely resolutions, and ultimately ensure our people have the best experience. You'll also have the autonomy to shape best-practice initiatives that boost engagement and influence positive cultural change across our ANZ operations, supporting leaders and teams through every phase of the employee lifecycle.

THE CHALLENGE

In this busy role, you will support the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all facets of human resources, payroll, and training. You will be the first port of call for telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries—providing exceptional customer service and representing a well-regarded team. You'll take full responsibility for administrative tasks ranging from data entry and allocation of HR enquiries to document creation, letter formatting, and event coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent administrative, computer, and customer-service skills who is accustomed to working in a busy environment with conflicting priorities and who is looking to commence and/ or further your career within a high functioning People & Culture team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all P&C enquiries via the central phone line and inbox—resolving or escalating within 48 hours while maintaining complete confidentiality
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new starters, including approvals, contracts, inductions, and LMS record updates
• Manage core P&C administration and compliance: role changes, contract renewals, visa checks, payroll liaison, filing audits, and org-chart maintenance
• Support recruitment activities by conducting phone screens and reference checks, coordinating interviews and job postings, drafting contracts, and reporting on time-to-fill and candidate metrics\

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Exposure in People & Culture would be well considered or previous experience in a large business with a high volume of administration would be a great advantage.
• Exceptional organisation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Customer service and relationship building skill as you will be the first point of contact for the People & Culture team
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and confidence learning new systems
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-service ethos
• A proactive mindset, able to juggle competing priorities and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
