Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media content across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Design video and static assets for social media and paid ads that reflect our premium brand aesthetic.
  • Stay on top of trends and create content that is luxurious and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Manage comments, and re-sharing of content to build community.
  • Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and trends to inform content planning.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support global campaign rollouts.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media content creation required.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Intermediate level graphic design experience preferred.
  • Video editing experience for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube using CapCut.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management to deliver on priorities.
  • Ability to write engaging captions and adapt tone across platforms.
  • Confident in developing organic and paid ad content.

Good to Have

  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with scheduling and influencer tools (e.g., Metricol, Rella)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach, UGC coordination, and performance tracking.
