What you'll contribute to
Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services. Furthermore, we are the only fleet management organisation in Australia with the security of the world's largest car manufacturer.
As a Sales Support Representative (SSR) you will provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to TFM customers in order to deliver upon their day-to-day requirements or queries.
How you'll make an impact
- You will provide support to the regional sales team and the broader region to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Prepare quotes and convert them to orders/contracts within the required service level agreements
- Manage the end of the contract process, including the expiration of the lease or registration date
- Manage dealer expectations for vehicle delivery and payment requirements
- Follow up with the customer directly regarding outstanding payments that are not received by the due date, and provide a weekly update at sales meetings
- Understand tax and regulation requirements, including FBT Luxury Non-Depreciation, to best support customers and their reporting obligations
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of data for customer reviews
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional TFA teams to maximise efficiency
- Ability to communicate messages confidently and effectively
- Excellent time management, work organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a broader team as well as autonomously, as required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly across Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Power BI experience would be highly advantageous
- Some working knowledge of the fleet management, finance and/or automotive industry would be considered advantageous
