About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at AZURE LUXURY HOMES' as a Building Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Perth WA, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities to ensure the successful completion of high-end residential projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and directing a team of tradespeople, contractors and subcontractors to ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
  • Liaising with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide update

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Building Supervisor , ideally within the luxury residential construction sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, tradespeople and other stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of tradespeople and subcontractors
