Site Supervisor - Kings Rd Construction, Custom Home Builder

We are an award-winning custom builder with a supportive, hands-on culture where everyone works together to deliver great results for our clients.

We're looking for a Site Supervisor who's practical, organised, and takes pride in their work.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on site, managing the day-to-day progress of builds and working closely with trades.

What You'll Be Doing;

-Overseeing and assisting the daily site operations across a select number of custom home builds

-Coordinating trades and materials to keep builds on schedule

-Monitoring quality and ensuring work meets plans and specifications

-Assisting with on-site problem-solving and keeping things moving efficiently

-Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised site

-Reporting progress and updates to the Kings Rd team and clients as needed

What We're Looking For;

-Experience as a Site Supervisor, or on-site experience within residential construction would also be considered (custom home exposure a plus)

-Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing

-Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

-Reliable, professional, and great at building rapport with trades

-Someone who takes ownership of their duties and takes pride in doing things properly
