With a reputation for excellence and innovation, we are seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our success. The role would involve working closely with our site and construction management teams.

Your Role

As a Site Supervisor/Foreman, under the direction of a Site Manager you will be responsible for direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity for a site supervisor with an eye for detail and with a passion for construction

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction projects by Direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage construction teams by Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure efficient and safe working conditions.
  • Ensure compliance by Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.
  • Lead safety and quality by Take charge of safety, efficiency, and quality on-site, ensuring all aspects of the project meet industry standards.
  • Manage risks by Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the construction process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders by Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and effective

About You

  • Minimum 3+ years local experience delivering commercial building projects as a Site supervisor/foreman

  • Developing knowledge of trades, standards, and NCC compliance

  • Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures

  • Ability to work independently while following site management direction

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
