The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in building maintenance and repair works. This role suits a professional Electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead a team or work independently, and enjoys the variety of servicing a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and carrying out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across various sites
  • Quoting works and ensuring accurate scopes and cost estimates
  • Approving completed works for invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently and safely
  • Ensuring all work meets high standards and complies with safety regulations and company procedures
  • Managing daily work schedules using our digital job management system
  • Communicating professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
  • Sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials while maintaining cost control
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times
  • Working standard Monday–Friday hours, with optional paid overtime and weekend work available

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification/registration to act as the licensed Electrician for a building company
  • Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
  • Current 'A' Class Manual Driver's Licence
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Adaptable to different job sites and client requirements
