$400K to ~$6 M
across the Perth metro and regional W.A. market. With a strong engineering and project-management background, we're targeting growth into larger scale commercial projects (up to $6M), and we're seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to support our team during this growth phase.

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site activities for our commercial construction projects, ensure adherence to budget, programme, quality, and safety requirements, and work closely with our Contract Administrator, Site Manager and Senior Leadership team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all daily site operations, including subcontractors, trades, labour, plant & materials.
  • Monitor site progress and programme, report daily/weekly to the Site Manager and Senior Leadership.
  • Enforce WHS (work health & safety) rules, site quality standards, and construction compliance.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications and methods, liaise with Engineers/Project Managers to ensure works align with scope.
  • Ensure subcontractor performance, site cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
  • Facilitate handover at completion, including logging defects and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Promote the company's conservative, results-driven culture, with an emphasis on accountability and cost-control.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial construction site supervision (preferably in Perth &/or WA).
  • Construction qualification (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction) or similar experience.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Current White Card, and relevant licences/clearances for WA (e.g., WA driver's licence).
  • Experience working with subcontractors, scheduling works, cost control, site safety and quality.
  • Capacity to align with S4B's goals—growing commercial portfolio, achieving profitability, and maintaining high standards.
