The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a qualified Plumber who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship, can lead a team or work independently, and thrives on the variety that comes with servicing a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising and carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across various sites
  • Quoting works and ensuring accurate scope and costings
  • Approving completed works for invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and safely
  • Ensuring all work meets Orixon's high standards and complies with safety requirements
  • Managing daily work schedules using our digital job management system
  • Communicating professionally with clients, team members, and management
  • Sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials while controlling costs
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times
  • Work standard Monday–Friday hours, with optional paid overtime and weekend work

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current WA Plumbing Licence
  • Certification/registration to act as the licensed plumber for a building company
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
  • Construction White Card
  • Current 'A' Class Manual Driver's Licence
  • Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Ability to adapt to various job sites and client needs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
