We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support day to day operational support - including rostering, supporting GP recruitment, facilities, supply and administration support.

The role is 4-5 days per week, and will include every second weekend on (both Saturday and Sunday). We're ideally looking for someone 32-38hrs per week. The role will also need to support on-call phone support to the team throughout the week.

In this dynamic hands on role, you'll be managing the day-to-day staff schedules, help optimize processes, and provide administration oversight to the small operations team. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential.
