What You Offer Us

· Strategic P&C Leadership: Ability to align People & Culture initiatives with business goals and contribute to organisational development whilst acting as a trusted advisor to the Directors and senior leaders in the business.

· End-to-End Talent Management: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee development and subsequent future workforce planning in line with growth of the business.

· Culture Nurturing Expertise: A dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

· Compliance & Policy Management: Strong understanding of employment law and P&C best practices, with a proactive approach to leading the Directors and Senior Leaders in what must be in place in an ever-evolving legislative framework.

· Performance & Growth Enablement: Ability to lead performance management processes and coach senior leaders to support employee growth and retention.

· Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented and organised, with experience managing HR/P&C systems, records, and administrative processes and developing a P&C team around you that have varied skills and interests.

Qualifications & Experience

· years of proven experience in Human Resources/People & Culture management.

· Intimate knowledge of employment law and P&C best practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/P&C management software/s.

· Experience in building and scaling culture in a growing business whilst managing a department.
