Qualifications & experience
    • Previous experience in sales or customer support
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
    • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
    • Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to quickly analyse information, problem-solve, and think strategically to formulate appropriate recommendations.
    • Constantly seeks ways to enhance external and internal customer satisfaction.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite.
    • Experience with stock inventory management and CRM systems.
    • Background in the Audio-Visual industry.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
    • Responding to and following up on emails promptly.
    • Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns in a timely manner.
    • Maintaining and updating customer databases.
    • Serving as a liaison between customers and our warehouse and service departments.
    • Managing and fulfilling customer requests efficiently.
    • Collaborating across various departments to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
    • Providing essential support to our sales and management team members.
