About the role

Reporting to the State Manager, this role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Receive sales enquiries from customers, in person, by telephone, email and live chats
  • Advise customers on technical details, product features & benefits and unique selling points
  • Issue sales leads to external salespeople
  • Understand pricing structures to ensure correct pricing is given to our customers
  • Accurately prepare quotations and tenders on customer requests
  • Liaise with manufacturing staff on pricing and technical difficulties
  • Follow up quotes within set time frames
  • Facilitate service calls, warranties and site work
  • Work collaboratively account managers and state managers
  • Participate in sales meetings
About you
  • Previous experience in a similar position or experience in the building or plumbing industry is highly regarded
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
