Organisational growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our existing Customer Service team.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling email and phone bookings, quotes, timeslots and providing job status updates to our traditional Courier Taxi Truck Freight Forwarder clients.
  • Delivering service excellence via various mediums (email and telephone).
  • Liaising with and developing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working independently and collaboratively with all stakeholders and the wider Bonds team.
  • Positively contributing to the organisation's culture by acting responsibly and in the best interest of Bonds.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Sound problem solving skills.
  • Sound decision making skills.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office suite).
  • Strong attention to detail.
