This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic long-established Australian-owned & operated company that is looking for the services of an experienced, enthusiastic Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative based in Tullamarine, Victoria to join its team.

**About the role**

This position represents a great opportunity to combine your customer service & technical skills. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven person to join our professional sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be a hands-on individual with a “can-do attitude”, a passion for success, and an ambition to grow within the organisation. Full training and mentoring will be provided.

**Responsibilities**
- The primary objective of this role is to provide premier customer service, technical advice, and assistance to customers.
- Solution-based sales proposals to assist customers with product selection.
- Ensure Customer Service enquires are completed with high attention to detail
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 4 years experience in customer service / internal sales, preferably within the industrial industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good commercial acumen and the ability to translate product data into valuable insights for your customers
- Ability to work autonomously & as an effective and contributing team member
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Engaging, persuasive with a positive, can-do attitude
- Have a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong time management skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to consult and problem solve
- Well-developed organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Strong Administration & reporting skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
