This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic long-established Australian owned & operated company who is looking for the services of an enthusiastic Sales Representative based in Victoria to join its team.

Floyd Australia has deservedly gained industry wide reputation for being a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of high quality customised and imported industrial Instrumentation products & services.

Position

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will generate day to day business, identify new business opportunities, liaise with key stakeholders, plan, prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and execute both product and project sales. Much of your work will be face to face in the field with your customer base, working to meet and exceed your sales targets.

To help you succeed in this role, we will provide comprehensive training and support. Your skills and experience will be considered, but it's your attitude and values that are most important to us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
- Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services and quoting new product
- Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth
- Attend trade shows and relevant conferences

**Qualifications**:
An accomplished, organised, reliable, & professional individual with a keen interest to build a strong and sustainable sales career.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales ideally within the Industrial environment or similar related Industries
- Good commercial acumen and the ability to translate product data into valuable insights for your customers
- Ability to work autonomously & as an effective and contributing team member
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Engaging, persuasive with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong time management skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to consult and problem solve
- Develop networks and grow customer base
- Well-developed organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Strong Administration & reporting skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Tullamarine, VIC 3043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
