Customer Service Administrator

Due to movement within the company, we have a vacancy for a superstar Customer Service Administrator. In your next position, you will be joining a household brand who has been around for 97 years. **About the Role**:
- Provide professional customer service by handling customer enquiries
- Speaking with suppliers and providing solutions to customers’ needs
- Take payment over the phone or in person, issue invoices manually or electronically
- Support the Glazing Division Teams including, Planners, Estimators, Sales as well as suppliers
- Any other administrative tasks
**About you**:
- Experience using Simpro or similar planning database is preferred but not essential
- High level Microsoft office skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day
- Highly organised and able to jump in and support the team where required
- Pleasant friendly phone manner & ability to process payments, issue invoices and coordinate purchasing requirements
