**About the Position**:
The key role of a Market and Sales Operations Representative (MSOR) is to work with our dealers to build capability, drive process improvement and execute Marketing and Sales Operations related strategies. You will work with dealers connecting data insights to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs. This position will be based in Melbourne and will have geographic coverage of Victoria and Tasmania.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with dealers, customers, and other Caterpillar personnel to analyse, identify and develop solutions that are strategic in nature.
- Assisting dealers in effectively executing marketing, sales and customer experience strategies
- Continuously improve channel effectiveness through learning & development, data insights, technology enabled solutions and streamlining processes.
- Support rollout of new products, services and solutions (e.g. products, parts, customer service agreements, other service solutions)
- Stay abreast of industry, technology and digital advancements and incorporate within Caterpillar and dealers to meet customer needs.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret and understand data
- Passion for sales, marketing and driving customer loyalty
- Enthusiasm for process improvement and understanding of customer experience

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- A true passion to learn, engage with people and build strong relationships.
- Project / Change Management experience
