About the Role

RN-4  Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to make a real difference? In this rewarding leadership role, you'll use your clinical expertise to guide and inspire a dedicated nursing and multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of care for consumers within our Mental Health Unit and/or Community Service. You'll play a key role in coordinating care, managing resources, and fostering a supportive, positive workplace culture where staff can thrive and consumers receive the best possible outcomes. AHP-4  As the Team Manager for Mental Health Triage (MHT) within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network's Mental Health Clinical Program, you'll provide inspiring leadership, governance and direction to a skilled team of nurses, allied health and lived experience professionals. Based at Glenside Health Services, this pivotal role blends strategic vision with hands-on operational management to ensure the delivery of responsive, high-quality mental health support to people in crisis. You'll champion best practice, foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture, and build strong partnerships across mental health services and community agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mental health triage and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred system that truly makes a difference.
