Are you a motivated leader with a passion for retail and a love for grocery and dairy products? Romeo's Retail Group is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Supermarket Team Leaders for Dairy and Grocery Departments to join our growing team in Adelaide City.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for hands-on leaders who can manage the daily operations of our grocery and dairy departments while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in grocery or dairy departments within a retail environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • A keen eye for stock management, merchandising, and presentation standards
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organisational abilities
  • Flexibility to work across various store locations and shifts
