About the Role

ASJ Agency is on the hunt for a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic shopping centre and event-based fundraising teams. You'll manage a team of passionate charity ambassadors representing some of Australia's most respected non-profit organisations — inspiring the public to make ongoing contributions that change lives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for people, and a drive for results. You'll combine performance management, motivation, and mentorship to create a thriving, purpose-led team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of shopping centre and event-based charity representatives
  • Drive performance through motivation, goal setting, and daily coaching
  • Represent and promote charity partners with authenticity and professionalism
  • Manage rosters, campaign performance, and reporting
  • Work closely with senior management to plan and execute fundraising strategies
  • Foster a fun, supportive, and high-energy team culture
