We're pleased to represent our client in the search for an Executive Team Assistant
As the
Team Assistant
, you will provide high-level administrative support to our global technology executive and their teams.
Our client is a growing payments platform headquartered in Melbourne with operations in the UK, EU, LATAM, and the USA. They enables customers to pay for public transport using any payment card, mobile wallet, or wearable device, moving people globally.

This role calls for excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings (across multiple timezones).
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes/notes, and follow up on action items.
- Format and ensure the accuracy of reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Coordination staff meetings, workshops, and events
- Provide general office support, including:
- Coordinating Tuesday breakfasts
- Maintaining office supplies
- Office/Building & Safety Inductions
Ideally, you'll have:
- Administrative assistance experience working in a tech company
- Exceptional organisational skills, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with people across all functions, cultures and timezones
- Team-oriented with a strong desire to foster and maintain a positive company culture
- Execution-oriented, with good instincts for anticipating needs and changes
- Self-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Google-Suite, Slack and AI tools.
