We're looking for a service advisor who shares our commitment to professionalism, trust and customer care.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our valued clients.
  • Provide clear communication between customers and our technicians.
  • Prepare estimates, book jobs and manage workflow.
  • Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician or worked in an automotive customer service role.
  • A professional, trustworthy customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small supportive team.
  • A person that enjoys a positive workplace culture where your contribution matters.
  • Knowledge of European vehicle brands and systems is preferred but not required.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

This is a fulltime position; however, we may consider applicants looking for casual employment.
