We are seeking an experienced Digital Literacy Officer to join the Burnside Library team.

The City of Burnside is one of Adelaide's most attractive and historic residential areas. It is well known for its tree-lined streets, period architecture, plentiful reserves and gardens within a 30 km² area. Located in the South-Eastern corner of Adelaide and just 10 minutes from the Central Business District, the City of Burnside covers 28 suburbs and has a residential population of over 45,000. We are focused on making a real difference in our community and achieving our vision to deliver services valued by our community.

This role would expose you to all areas of the Library, with a key focus on creating and delivering digital literacy programs for the community, social media, customer service and assisting members of the public. Previous experience working in a public library is preferred but not essential.

The hours for this role are rostered over a 4-week period including weekend and evening shifts. The position is on a full-time basis classified at Level 3 plus applicable penalties and superannuation under the City of Burnside Administration Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023.
