**Fleet Maintenance Assistant**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Due to continued growth, Pop-Up Health are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Assistant to ensure our vehicles are maintained to a high standard at all times. This includes servicing, cleaning, maintenance, incident management and office parking. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, either 6am - 2pm or 12pm - 8pm.

You should also be available to do some casual gardening work for our clients in the community.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning of vehicles interior/exterior as per maintenance schedule
- Delivery and collection of vehicles to service and repair centres as per maintenance schedule and guidance of the Service Coordinator
- Inspection and reporting of vehicles for serviceability and damage including:

- Fuel cards
- First Aid Kits
- Cleanliness
- Repairs required
- Liaising with service providers as required
- Park vehicles at the office as per allocation plan daily
- Report any issues or non-compliance with company policies/procedures to Service Coordinator as required
- Other duties as directed by the Service Coordinator
- Full Driver's License
- National Police Check (_or willing to obtain_)
- Manual handling (_or willing to obtain_)
- Fleet maintenance experience (desirable)

This is a busy role where your strong organisation skills and the ability to problem solve will be crucial.
