- Property-and-Facilities-Support-Officer-PD-November-2025- We are seeking a motivated, organised administration professional with a flexible work approach to join the Property & Facilities team as the Property & Facilities Support Officer.
- _ The following tasks are some of your key responsibilities:_- Deliver professional administrative support to the Property & Facilities team.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries related to property and facilities.
- Assist with property and tenancy administration, including permits, leases, and licences.
- Manage building maintenance requests and contractor work orders.
- Maintain Council databases and registers for property and facilities.
- Support compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements across Council buildings.
- Provide assistance with Magill Cemetery enquiries and energy management projects.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the team and collaborate across departments.- _To be successful for this position you will have:_- Ability to deliver high quality, professional, customer focused administrative services
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in local government or related role is an advantage.- This position is offered as a permanent, 0.8 (inclusive of 0.1 until 30 June 2026) part-time basis classified at Level 3 under the City of Burnside Administration Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023.
