Our growth continues; and as we continue to get busier and busier it's time to grow our team to help manage the volume of work we have, so we are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to come and join our Mining division across clients in Western Australia and to be part of our future success of

Your new desk boasts a healthy and fruitful client-base, with well-established and loyal relationships for you to get stuck into. Our client base is vast and you will network across a broad range of organisation from SME's, through to large multinationals and market leaders. Many of our clients experienced organic growth in this busy market and their 2025 pipeline is looking strong so the opportunity here is great.

You will have no geographical boundaries, restrictions or salary levels to limit your earning potential - we value the relationship you build with your clients and we encourage you to be successful.

This is an opportunity that will appeal to any experienced consultant with a true desire to work more autonomously within an organisation that values its people, provides flexible working conditions and pay well above market earning potential.

We are based in the heart of the Perth CBD, on St George Terrace - conveniently located for excellent transport, good coffee and places to eat and socialise at after work.

In return, you will:

  • Receive 25 days paid annual leave
  • Full expensed Mobile Phone paid monthly
  • Base Salary 85-100k+ depending on experience
  • Commission payments from up to 50% (OTE 200k)
