What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant

Strong account management and lead generation skills

A track record in 360 recruitment within an agency environment

Consistent achievement of targets and results

Outstanding client & candidate relationship skills

Resilience, drive, and an energetic team-first attitude

Your Responsibilities

You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while driving growth in your sector. This includes building strong client partnerships, cultivating top talent pipelines, and staying across industry trends to deliver valuable insights.
