We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established and growing team at Zenith Search, specialising in Project Controls Engineering.

How we can set your journey towards success:

Our First 3 Months - Building Your Foundation:

• Master our systems and processes through hands-on mentoring
• Learn to operate Bullhorn CRM and prepare compelling CVs
• Develop your questioning techniques and professional ethics
• Handle candidate management, compliance, and offer processes
• Focus on filling roles and meeting client demands in Mining Technical Services

Months 3-6 - Growing Your Expertise Us:

• Set and achieve personal goals with accountability measures
• Deepen your connection to the industry and candidate network
• Attend client meetings and industry events
• Build your professional presence through LinkedIn and advertising
• Begin identifying cross-selling opportunities

Beyond Probation - Becoming a Consultant:

• Take ownership of your revenue targets and performance metrics
• Lead business development initiatives in the mining space
• Mentor newer team members and contribute to team success
• Develop your career pathway plan aligned with Zenith's values
