Now, we're proud to announce the launch of PSG Healthcare — a brand-new division focused on the Healthcare sector.

We've appointed a highly experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager to lead the launch — and now we're searching for an experienced, local Healthcare Senior/Principal Recruiter to help us bring this exciting new division to life.

PSG is a global recruitment company with offices in Perth (Head Office), Melbourne, Brisbane, and across the USA (Los Angeles, San Diego & Orange County).

We're a vibrant, ethical, and energetic agency that believes in doing recruitment the right way — no call quotas, no micromanagement. You'll have the freedom to manage your own desk with full support from experienced leadership.


What We're Looking For

We want someone who is ambitious, proactive, and ready to take on the challenge of growing a new division.

  • 3+ years' experience in the Perth recruitment industry, within Healthcare
  • A vibrant and positive personality with the confidence to drive business development
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The motivation to exceed targets and achieve financial success
  • A genuine desire to build a career, not just do a job
