Venturex Talent Group is Seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to Lead Our Perth Construction Division

Are you passionate about recruitment and construction?

Venturex Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to head up our Perth Construction division, specializing in permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for construction-related roles in Perth
  • Source and attract top talent for positions including Contract Administrators (CAs), Project Managers (PMs), Construction Managers, Estimators, and more
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. Candidates with exsiting clientelle is prefered.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of roles such as CAs, PMs, Construction Managers, Estimators, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a division
