Are you a seasoned recruiter with a deep understanding of the
Power & Renewable Energy
sector? NES Fircroft is seeking a
Principal Recruitment Consultant
to drive growth across a high-performing desk in our
Perth office
. You'll connect top-tier technical talent with major clients powering the future of global energy and resource infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:


Client Relationship Management

Partner with leading names in
power generation & renewable energy
, delivering tailored workforce solutions that meet evolving site, project, and corporate needs.


Specialist Recruitment:
Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, placing, and managing highly skilled professionals across engineering, operations, maintenance, and project delivery.


Market Insight & Industry Leadership:
Bring your sector knowledge to the table, providing strategic advice, talent market insights, and helping clients navigate challenges in an increasingly dynamic energy landscape.


Business Development -
Leverage an established client base while identifying new opportunities across the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors to expand your portfolio.


Candidate Engagement -
Build strong relationships with skilled professionals in mining and renewables, ensuring smooth, value-driven recruitment journeys and long-term career partnerships.


Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
Contribute to a high-performing team environment by supporting junior consultants and collaborating cross-functionally on national and international projects.

What We're Looking For:


Recruitment Expertise
: 3+ years in agency recruitment, ideally focused on
resources, energy, or heavy industry
.


Sector Knowledge
: Understanding of mining, power generation, or renewables hiring trends and challenges.


Client-Focused
: History of building strong, trusted relationships and delivering bespoke recruitment solutions.


Autonomous & Driven
: Self-starter with the motivation to grow a high-impact desk independently.


Collaborative
: Team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Commercial Acumen
: Confident identifying growth areas and developing new business opportunities.
