About the Role:

Join our dynamic media team as an Campaign Coordinator and play a key role in executing diverse campaigns across digital, outdoor, print, and press platforms. You will be integral in delivering seamless advertising and marketing solutions for our top clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campaigns with various media organisations and clients.

  • Implement and maintain accurate media plans with keen attention to detail.

  • Ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully.

  • Conduct post-campaign reporting.

  • Brief creative requirements to production teams.

  • Assist with talent coordination.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about client service and meticulous with details. You should understand commercial media and possess a client-driven ethos. You should have a genuine interest in learning about media and a solid understanding of what media agencies do. A strong administrative background and a love for organisation are essential. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in traditional advertising within an agency or media environment

  • Proficient using Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
