Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Betashares Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role

As a Campaign Manager at Equity Mates, you'll play a critical role in bringing our commercial partnerships to life. Once a deal is signed, you'll take ownership of the campaign journey - managing timelines, coordinating internal teams, liaising with partners, and ensuring every deliverable is executed to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and Head of Partnerships to hand off sold campaigns, then collaborate with content, production and social teams to make sure each element is delivered on time and aligned with audience expectations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who's organised, detail-oriented and excited to build their career in media, content or advertising. You'll learn how branded content campaigns work from the inside out - and be part of a team that's reshaping financial media in Australia.

Equity Mates Media operates as an independent media business within the Betashares Financial Group, combining entrepreneurial DNA with the backing of one of Australia's leading financial services providers, offering the country's broadest range of ETFs, diversified portfolios, and innovative investment solutions through Betashares Direct and Superannuation. This unique partnership allows us to maintain our authentic voice and creative independence while leveraging world-class resources and expertise to amplify our impact.

Role Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

  • Take ownership of sold campaigns from handoff through to delivery and wrap-up.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Brief content, production and social teams to ensure accurate and on-brand execution.
  • Gather and track campaign assets (scripts, logos, links, imagery, T&Cs, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign progress and flag risks or blockers early.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and partners during the campaign period.
  • Schedule check-ins, approvals, and delivery milestones as needed.
  • Ensure timely feedback loops between clients, hosts and internal stakeholders.
  • Document client preferences, tone and key messaging to inform content teams.
  • Assist in maintaining campaign records, calendars and reporting dashboards.

About You

  • Proven experience in campaign management or a similar role within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of media channels & assets.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, software and analytics platform.
  • You're highly organised, reliable, and take pride in following things through to completion.
  • You have strong communication skills and feel confident working with both internal teams and external partners.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • You bring a proactive attitude and aren't afraid to ask questions or jump in to help the team.
