About the Opportunity
Metcash is seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Producer to deliver impactful, customer-focused campaigns that influence shopper behaviour and boost retail sales.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and production to scheduling - ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. Your ability to interpret data and optimise targeting will help enhance engagement and maximise Return of Investment.

In this Role
Design and develop creative assets for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite/ FigmaExecute campaigns via IBM Campaign & Segment, ensuring accurate targeting and schedulingAnalyse campaign data to create actionable insights, improve targeting, and optimise ROIConduct quality assurance on all campaign builds, including visuals, links, and audience accuracyCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with branding guidelinesMaintain data integrity by ensuring clean and accurate contact listsEnsure compliance with legislation and best practice guidelines for data and communicationsCoordinate campaign calendars and contact frequency with Loyalty Planning and Execution ManagersYou're Likely a Match If
5+ years in digital/email campaign production, focusing on customer journeysProven track record of delivering ROI from marketing initiativesAdvanced knowledge of campaign management platforms (IBM Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce) and SQLWorking knowledge of HTML and Adobe Creative Suite for campaign builds and creative assetsStrong analytical ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise strategiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with advanced planning and attention to detailWhat's on offer
