The Role

As the Campaign Manager at Time Out Media, your primary purpose is to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of commercial campaigns that drive impactful results for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in translating client objectives into actionable campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value through innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Own the end-to-end implementation of commercial campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to optimise campaign activity by measuring results, generating ideas for improvement, and sharing strategies for testing and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems that may arise during campaign execution to ensure successful delivery.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the campaign management team, overseeing one direct report and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing support and fostering a cooperative working environment.
  • Ensure all campaign communications are grounded in key insights or data-driven/behavioural aspects to drive member engagement and retention metrics.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, ROI) to assess effectiveness.
  • Present post-campaign results alongside the commercial team managers to key clients, highlighting insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Utilise analytics tools and data to make informed decisions and optimise future campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in campaign management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign implementation and optimisation.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and software for measuring and reporting campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to accurately translate data into insights and actionable outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to grow and develop each other's skill sets.
  • Keeps up to date with social media/search trends and emerging technologies, actively bringing new thinking into their work.
  • Passionate about client service, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations.
