The role

The Acquisition Marketing team at Prospa is focused on delivering creative and engaging messaging in market to grow Prospa's brand awareness, create consideration when a need with our customers arises, and drive traffic and leads specifically through Direct channels to achieve our origination goals. As a key part of this team, the Campaign & Advertising Lead is responsible for owning our top-of-funnel activity, driving Prospa's above-the-line advertising campaigns throughout Australia & New Zealand.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the strategy and development of creative messaging and communication plans to drive brand awareness, consideration and action, above the line
• Own the briefing process and collaborate with Creative teams (internal and external) to provide engaging and distinctive messaging in various creative and written mediums
• Lead on advertising campaigns by owning the media strategy and media plans, driving creative development across traditional and digital channels, and being accountable for the advertising budget
• Own the paid social media strategy across consideration messaging, ensuring maximum effectiveness of the social channel and coordinating its execution with the performance marketing team
• Collaborate with our customers, external production partners and internal creative teams to create engaging customer stories
• Lead on Prospa's content production, owning the content briefing process and leasing with our copywriters to ensure quality articles

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a focus on above the line media and advertising practices
• 3+ years' experience working with media agencies and creative agencies and internal teams to develop best in class creative
• Exceptional written communication and copy skills. Able to write video & audio scripts and deliver effective messaging via a variety of mediums
• Experience working with fast-paced Sales departments and cross-functional collaboration environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multi-projects at once 
• Experience delivering projects cross-functionally, ideally with product and sales teams
• Ability to lead video story creation to bring to life customer and product stories.
