About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Global Campaigns & Experiences Manager
with over 5 years of experience in campaign and event management,
preferably in financial services or fintech,
to plan, execute, and deliver impactful online campaigns and offline events that elevate Vantage's global brand, engage clients and partners, and drive business growth.

You will
manage and mentor a team of 2–3
, collaborating closely with the Head of the Strategic Planning Office to execute high-impact campaigns and events.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Regional Offices, to ensure every campaign and event is strategically aligned, executed flawlessly, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Campaign Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of online and offline events, including partner conferences, client engagement activities, expos, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Conceptualize creative event and campaign ideas aligned with Vantage's brand positioning and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and performance goals.

Execution & Coordination

• Manage all stages of event execution: vendor sourcing, logistics, design, production, and on-site management.
• Oversee online campaign execution including landing page setup, creative briefing, and tracking performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and regional marketing managers to ensure consistent messaging and experience across regions.
• Ensure all events and campaigns comply with regulatory and brand standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Liaise with external agencies, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal creative, PR, and digital teams to produce marketing assets and promotional materials.
• Work closely with Sales and Partnership teams to identify event opportunities that strengthen partner relationships.

Post-Event & Campaign Analysis

• Conduct post-event evaluations, report on ROI, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• Maintain and update an internal database of event performance, vendor contacts, and partner engagement outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of both
  online marketing campaigns
  and
  offline event logistics
  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across global regions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and digital campaign tracking systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
